    We will refund all payments within 14 days after receiving your declaration of withdrawal.

  4. EXCEPTION WHEN DOWNLOADING LavaLoft:
    Your right expires IMMEDIATELY when you access/download the digital content and use the extension.

  5. This regulation only applies to users within the European Union.




Cancellation Terms for Monthly Subscriptions

  1. Cancellation Timing:

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time without notice.

  2. Effectiveness of Cancellation:

    • The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.

    • Example: Cancellation on March 15 → Subscription ends on March 31.

  3. Cancellation Modalities:

    • Alternatively, via the cancellation function in your customer account on our website.

  4. Payments After Cancellation:

    • Fees already paid for the current month will not be refunded.

    • There will be no further deductions after the cancellation date.

  5. Access to Service After Cancellation:

    • Your access to the extension will remain until the end of the already paid month expires.
